Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://saltguide.com.au website or the Salt Guide mobile application (the “Service”) operated by Salt Guide (Australia) (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Updating payment details
If your payment method fails, you won’t have access to the service. Payment will be automatically retried at intervals. To update card details, log into Salt Guide and go to your “Account” which is located on the top right hand side on a desk top computer or for a mobile click the settings wheel which is also on the top right hand side of your phone. Once you are in your account click Subscription and then click Update Plan where there is a link to securely update your card details via Stripe.
If you’re still not sure or want to speak with us simply email us on the contact us form and we will get in contact with you.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name and contact details.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis either annually or monthly without prior notice.
Subscriptions are for individual use only and may not be shared. Sharing of logins and passwords between groups or other individuals will result in immediate termination and a lifetime ban of membership privileges.
Cancellations
Subscriptions are ongoing and are charged either yearly or monthly. It is highlighted in many areas that membership payments are recurring and again upon sign up. The system does not provide notification prior to the charge. If you wish to cancel your membership, simply email us on one of the many contact us forms along with a brief note advising you wish to cancel your membership at least one day prior to your next recurring payment. Your membership will be then automatically cancelled immediately. To avoid being charged a further monthly or yearly recurring payment, notifications for cancellation must be received at least one day prior to the next payment period. Payments are recurring and won’t be refunded for the next period unless prior notice is received as above.
Content
Our Service makes available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”) to view. You are responsible for the protection and usage of this information. It may not be copied, shared or distributed in any way, commercially or otherwise and is protected under Intellectual Property laws. Content is for the personal use of our members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by the Salt Guide Australia. Termination of membership privileges and appropriate legal action will be taken by us for any illegal or unauthorised use of the content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salt Guide Australia exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, the information contained on this website whether or not caused by any negligence on the part of Salt Guide Australia or any of their agents or for any inconvenience caused or loss incurred as a result of the use of, or reliance on, the online system.
The information contained on this website is provided in good faith on an “as is” basis and does not constitute the provision of professional services or advice. Salt Guide Australia (a registered trading name in Australia) make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, currency, completeness, suitability or fitness for purpose of the information contained in this website. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Sponsorships
To become a Salt Guide sponsor simply fill out our contact us form and we will be sure to get back to you. You can also request a Salt Guide sponsorship form which outlines types of sponsorships we offer. We only except sponsorships with products or services that we would want to use ourselves. Salt Guide reserves the right to cancel any sponsorship agreement at anytime.
